Session Summary

Things continue as usual at the Gold Goblin, now under new management. The events of the night are punctuated by a visit by Clegg Zincher, one of Riddleport's crime bosses and an old nemesis of Saul's from the 'old days." He spends some time looking around the place, plays a few games, has a few drinks and then leaves. He plops a sack of coins in Aragon's hands as he leaves and thanks him for a wonderful evening.  Ajax breaks up a drunken brawl at the bar.

Later that evening, after the Gold Goblin has closed down for the night, a serving girl is bitten by a cindersnake that had been hidden under a bucket in the scullery. The snake was dispatched and Snargash tended to the girls wounds. A note was found with the snake threatening Saul if he doesn't get out of town.

Continuing Story Summary

The group fills Saul in on the snake sabotague and prod him for more information about what they are getting into. He finally breaks down and divulges information about his current situation as well as more about his past. Discussions are had regarding what steps to take to protect from other crime lords potential attacks.
